The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) Emergency Contact Center, a one-stop window for providing immediate emergency assistance to people traveling overseas, will be responsible for contacting the relevant foreign authorities in times of emergency.
The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round.
The center offers a domestic toll-free hotline 0800-085-095. Citizens traveling abroad can make use of an international number for fee dialing the local code for international calls +886-800-085-095.
